The firm gains a new counsel

We are pleased to announce that Anton Pustovalov, a senior associate with the firm's Corporate/M&A practice,  has been appointed a counsel.

Anton, an expert with 11 years’ corporate law experience, supports the firm’s clients with their large-scale investment projects. His practice focuses on complex corporate restructuring, public and private M&A deals, and joint ventures.
