Incubating partners
+ add to binderour approach
Our firm’s corporate culture is based on the priority of hiring the best students and of growing specialists into high level experts. We view each candidate as a potential partner and only if we can imagine you in this role will the other test results mean anything.
We discourage internal competition and take great care in selecting new colleagues. Even so, from day one, each person taken on as a member of the team is engaged in fulfilling real-world tasks, rather than just student-level ones. This approach allows newcomers to take part in major, complex projects and grow professionally faster, while also allowing us to see young professionals in action. Interested? Welcome!
who we want to hear from
A basic entry requirement is a good academic base: excellent knowledge of law and an ability to think for yourself. Also important are fluent English, the highest personal standards and a strong sense of responsibility, including deadline and results responsibility; a constant desire to learn and grow and the ability to do so even if you have to work and study at the same time; professional integrity and an ability to keep secrets: we are really serious about legal ethics.
how we make our choice
We look at CVs and talk to junior associate position applicants throughout the year but do so without rushing, while paying close attention to detail: the decision to enter into long-term collaboration must be reasoned and mutual. So, we are very careful in our selection: those who successfully pass the HR and a written test will undergo a series of interviews with the firm's counsels and partners.
summer internships
Every summer, we offer two-month internships to several of the best third- and fourth-year undergraduates and postgraduates. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, our interns work on large-scale, complex projects, including international ones.
We believe that a lot of thought should be put into choosing a professional development path, so all our interns have an opportunity to gain experience in several of our practices. Additionally, we offer lectures and seminars covering our core work areas, as well as the applied skills we consider essential for each and every lawyer.
