$7.3 bn concessions for road construction

Ivanyan and Partners is continuing to develop its public-private partnership practice. We have recently provided legal support for several major road infrastructure development projects on a national scale.

In particular, in August-September 2022, we assisted in preparing the documentation for private concession initiatives, including by drafting concession agreements for construction of a toll road section and two major bypasses for the Russian metropolis of Nizhny Novgorod (over $3.1 bn), a new highway in the Moscow Region to reduce significantly the load on the Moscow City Ring (over $2.5 bn), and a toll road in the Kursk Region (over $1.5 bn).
