For 20+ years, she has been assisting big and medium-sized businesses with all employment-related legal issues, including drafting agreements, mediating company disputes with top management, providing support in complex dismissal and relocation cases, and assisting with personnel transfer as part of business restructuring.

Irina has also many years’ experience of advising companies on personal data protection, particularly confidentiality, workplace monitoring and cross-border data transfer.

Legal defence of an international paints major in a dispute over reinstatement, as well as a top manager's claim for salary recovery. Successful pre-trial settlement of a dispute over reclassification of a civil law contract as an employment contract.

Advised a major international manufacturer of medical products on personal data protection: drafting policies on protection of employee and third-party data and on collaboration with medical institutions and physicians, developing sample consent forms for personal data processing, preparing documents and notifying Roskomnadzor (Russia’s IP rights and data protection authority) of personal data processing being launched.
