Yuri, an expert in corporate law, focuses on energy and natural resources, including legal support for oil and gas projects. He advises on M&A transactions, procurement of goods by state enterprises in Russia, and general corporate matters. Yuri has considerable experience of negotiating production sharing agreements (PSAs) for Russian and foreign investors in Russia and abroad.

He has participated in structuring and implementing a variety of large-scale exploration projects, including offshore drilling operations on the Russian continental shelf. In particular, Yuri has provided legal support for exploration projects in the Barents, Kara, Pechora, and Black Seas, including drafting drilling and service contracts, and procuring combined energy insurance.
